Hyundai Accent Review

Let's look at the incredible value of the Hyundai Accent. With an EPA rating of 37 highway, the Hyundai Accent can  take you over 400 miles on a single tank in most cases. The Hyundai Accent has three different models in the lineup.
1) 4-Door / GLS
2) 5-Door / GS
3) 5-Door / SE

The 4-Door / GLS is a true Sedan with a standard 6-speed manual or available 6-speed automatic transmission with Active Eco system and Hillstart Assist Control. Power Windows, Power Locks and Air Conditioning are just a few of the standard features.
The 4-Door / GLS also has a Premium Package which consist of Steering Wheel Audio & Cruise Control, Bluetooth, Premium cloth seats, Fog Lights, 16" alloy wheels & rear disc brakes.

The 5-Door / GS is basically the same as the standard GLS. Cruise in standard however.

The 5-Door / SE has all the same features as the GS with added features of:

  • Sport-tuned steering
  • Rear disc Brakes
  • Leather-Wrapped steering wheel and shift knob
  • Steering-wheel audio & cruise control
  • Bluetooth
  • Premium cloth seats
  • Piano black interior accents
  • Sliding armrest storage box
  • Side mirrors with integrated turn signals
  • Front fog lights
  • Rear spoiler
  • 16" alloy wheels
  • And an Optional Power Sunroof.

Hyundai Sonata Gas Mileage

What type of gas mileage can you expect in your Hyundai Sonata? I personally own a 2013 2.4L GLS and we love it! My wife uses hers for daily trips to school, markets, etc. The highway rating is 35 MPG's and 24 City and Combined 28. We average overall 28. Hyundai hit the nail on the head with their ratings.

We recently took our Sonata on both our vacations this year. Not that we travel much, but it was nice to jump in the car and go. Myrtle Beach and we went to Daytona Beach over the summer. I averaged on the interstate between 32-37 on the highway and averaged overall 33 in my Sonata. I'll take that anytime!

I hope this review help you out on the Hyundai Sonata. Remember, mine is the 2.4L GLS package.
